I have a floral card to share today, inspired by the work of Jo Rice who is a designer with Lavinia Stamps and she regularly appears on YouTube which can be a good place to seek ideas if Mr Mojo has taken a holiday - as he does from time to time. For this card I took a piece of watercolour card and stamped a selection of wild flowers and grasses using Versamark and white embossing powder which forms a resist. I then sprinkled on some red and yellow Brusho powders before spritzing with water and leaving to dry naturally. A simple stamped sentiment and that's it, another card ready to send to someone for no particular reason. We don't always need to wait for birthdays or special occasions to show people they are in our thoughts.

ReplyDeleteWow Val, how bright and beautiful, and the Brusho colours look great, and I love the hint of the sun in the background, and the white embossed flowers and white sentiment strip are a great contrast. x
