Challenge 8 over at Bah Humbug is to use stitching or faux stitching on a card for Christmas. I've used My Craft Studio to tweak a background paper and combine it with a digital image of some stitching to get this effect. The baubles from MCS Snowflakes and Sparkles were printed out twice, cut out and layered. Sentiment is computer generated and punched out with SU punches.

Craftwork Cards challenge has reached R for Ritzy which is their range of pearly card which I have embossed and used on this card. The stamps used were from one of their clear sets and the background is another piece of Artylicious paper from my oddments box.

Roses
Two friends have asked me to make personalised cards for one of their friends and I've made two quite different ones. This one uses stamps from a clear set by Papermania and the background paper is from stampin Up with a Martha Steward decorative strip. Images coloured with Copics.

Distress
The theme for Pollycraft challenge 35 is 'distress' so I've used one of their cute patchwork elephants and popped him (or is it her) into some distressed surroundings. Background paper was found amongst my oddments and had some faux stitching stamped around the edges. The torn card also an oddment was Cuttlebug embossed and all edges were distressed with - you've guesed it - Distress ink pad. I added a few distressed funky flowers from Polkadoodles with a couple of offcuts from a flourish which I couldn't bear to throw out. I know all these bits and pieces which I save will be used - eventually!!

Triangle Gift Box
Jenny at Stamping Moments has some great class tutorials available on her blog - well worth checking out. This triangle box can be made in three sizes and a good feature is that once made can be stored flat ready to assemble and use quickly when needed. Card and design paper is from Stampin Up and the flower is from the Rose is a Rose set of stamps.
Trees
Bah Humbug are back from their holiday and challenge 7 is Trees. This was a fairly quick and easy card to make. Background paper is from Polkadoodles, as is the greeting tag to which I've added the words. The Trees are from a Christmas stamp set by Stampin Up - they have been cut out and added using Pinflair glue gel. The tiny snowflakes are cut using a Cuttlebug die.
