I'm afraid I missed challenge #4 but here I am with a 'Beary Christmas' card for the latest challenge
HERE. I started by printing off a couple of bear images using Docraft Digital Designer programme which is no longer available but still on my computer. As I had two images I actually made two very similar cards using up quite a few scraps of seasonal papers which I couldn't bear to throw away - no pun intended!! Do pop along to see the inspirations and maybe kickstart your Christmas card collection for this year. It does seem a bit odd making Christmas cards when it is so mild and with the sun shining brightly even though it is still February!!
Image - printed from a Docraft Digital Designer CD
Papers - from various sources and in my scrap box.
This is so cute Val, I love the bear that you've used and the fact that it's black and white with the pop of red.

This is lovely, Val. Such a sweet image and a sweet colour combo. The weather is gorgeous, but a bit odd for February... and for creating Christmas cards. I keep wondering how making Christmas cards is going to feel in August! Thanks for playing along again, so glad you did, Jo x
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie!
ReplyDeleteA cute bear and a lovely card Val.
ReplyDeleteI do love these cute bear images from Docraft. The weather has gone a bit nippy tonight after a mild week of sunshine. Actually spotted a butterfly in flight. Hugs Mrs A.
ReplyDeleteGreat card. When you printed out your bear was it with or without the post box? I'd love to do a similar card but can't quiet work out how you did the images lol. Any help would be great. Thankyou in advance xxx
ReplyDeleteThe image was a complete one on a CD from Docraft which is part of their Designer programme - no longer available sadly. I simply printed it at a suitable size before layering and completing the card
