I've been wanting to get this Tonic die for such a long time and it seems to have been 'out of stock' forever but at last I've found one - hooray. Of course I just couldn't wait to use it and have made this card with some free background paper which was a magazine give-away, the die cut from Centura Pearl card and an image from a sheet of Hobby House designs. I simply added a greeting and a few flowers stamped and punched from a leftover scrap of the backing paper with a few pearls scattered here and there.
Backing Paper - HOTP free with magazine
Trellis - Tonic die
Image - Hobby House Designs
Flowers - Stampin' Up stamp and punch
Leaves - Marianne die
Circular layers - Spellbinders dies
Sentiment - computer generated with Cuttlebug die layers
What a pretty card Val, love the colours. Fab die with those rounded corners, looks so elegant. xx Flora

I can see why you wanted to get hold of the Tonic trellis die - it looks lovely with your flowers & leaves. I particularly like the way you have picked out the pinks & greens of the image with that little floral garland - very pretty & summery.
ReplyDeleteThank you too for your thoughts on my latest blog post.

This is so cute Val, I love the die and the backingpaper you've used. The flowers are gorgeous too. I've just bought this punch and stamp set.

This is so pretty Val and you are so skilled in the use of your dies. Sorry I've not been around recently. As usual family matters have been in the way and hubby has been in hospital this week for an op. On the mend now though hopefully but I'm having to run about after him more than usual so less time for me for a little while longer.
