Blue skies and sunshine today for the second day running but yesterday the wind was bitter cold and in the evening there were some heavy showers with hailstones so not really summer yet. Todays's card is another one made using the Haberdashery and lace stamps from Chocolate Baroque with background paper from Tim Holtz vintage shabby collection. The wings behind the cut out dress form are from CB Punky Romance set and I've just added a few real buttons from my button box with some matching twine.
Hi Val, I'm determined to do my catch up before starting chores today ......something always crops up to stop me if I leave it till later, lol!
ReplyDeleteI love what you've done with these stamps here. I haven't succumbed yet but I definitely need those gorgeous lace fragments. The wings look great behind the dress form. Love the shade of pink you used for the inking... Victorian Velvet maybe? I think I need to check out that TH paper collection too .... as if I didn't have enough paper stash, lol!
We too have lovely sunshine at the moment and the awful cold wind seems to have warmed up a little. We had some really heavy downpours throughout the day yesterday so I'm hoping they keep off long enough for me to take the dog for the long walk I promised him.

Love the way the twine 'binds' it together & aren't those wings perfect for this? Delightful soft colours & I love your inking of the image panel - haven't tried that one yet.
