The team at Snazzy's have started a new challenge and their theme is Love/Romance and as it happens the Make My Monday challenge is also on the same theme this month so this card should cover both. Make My Monday keep their theme going for the whole month but with a slight variation in the topic each week - this time they are asking for some love letters, script or verse so I've used the large Stampin Up En Francais text stamp to overstamp my background paper. The main image is a lovely stamp from Indigo Blu which has been gilded using some of their flitter glue and gilding flakes which gives a brilliant result showing the finely detailed stamp. The word is a Chocolate Baroque stamp and I added a heart embellishment made from the free gift stamp on Craft Stamper Magazine last month.
Oooo....fabulous Val! Adore that heart stamp (I have it - but you have worked so much better with it than me). Gorgeous decadent card. Thank you for entering again this week!
ReplyDeleteA real romantic card Val..I love the background stamp you have used...

I love the effect of that En Francasi stamp & the Flitter Glue with the Gilding Flakes intrigues me as I've been seeing this about. The font of 'romance' is super & I like the way those two hearts complement each other - they've both got rounded bodies.
