I've used this cute Furball image to make a card for one of my great grandchildren who is three years old today. It's a digital download which I resized, printed and fussy cut. The background was made by cutting out the circle designs and then backed the panel with some pink polka dot paper. Simply added the number and sentiment alongside the image.
