Today's card is for the Butterfly Challenge where we have options of various colours, a theme and a shaped card design as usual - read all about it HERE and see the great inspiration cards from Mrs. A.This time I've used two of the colours, three different patterned papers and of course butterflies (some on one of the papers and some added gold ones. The floral motif was die cut from white pearl card and I carefully saved all the flower petals, coloured them with an alcohol pen and then popped them back in - a bit fiddly but worth it I think 😉

A Beautiful card Val, I love the papers you've used.

Very pretty Val, it was well worth the fiddly bits! Xxx
ReplyDeleteWonderful card Val, I love your colour choice and it was well worth the labour of love inlaying all those little petals. xx
ReplyDeletePretty card and love all those little butterflies and your DSP...

So pretty and the fiddly centrepiece is definitely worth it. x
ReplyDeleteIt was absolutely worth the time to color the petals and re-insert them back into the die cut pieces! It turned out to be a lovely birthday card!
ReplyDeleteWhat a simple idea to colour the petals and reinsert. My brain would have said cut the die twice once in white and once in pink. Der!! Love that paper pad which I have too and hoarding for a rainy day. Thankyou for coming and playing in the butterfly garden with me. Hugs Mrs A.
