Christmas Quilling
I spent a very enjoyable afternoon yesterday at a Quilling Workshop with Jill of Jill's Quills. As I'd attended some of her classes in the past I asked if I could possibly have a go at making a three dimensional Santa which I'd spotted on her blog. If you follow the link you will see her version and I'm showing you what I managed to achieve which is far from perfect and I'm hoping to get a better photograph when the light improves (pretty dismal this morning). I'm also planning on having another go at making him - practice makes perfect they say!! The other people were making snowflakes to pop into clear baubles as well as a selection of robins, holly and the like. As I said before a really enjoyable afternoon and as always we came away with lots of interesting ideas.
