The challenge at Make My Monday this week is to produce some Mail Art which as I understand it is, strictly speaking, the decorating of envelopes or postcards to send through the mail. However I've made a card inspired by the topic using various related items which I dug out of my stash - some of which certainly haven't seen the light of day for a while!! The background paper has been over stamped and I used the letterpress technique with the embossing folder. There are some great examples on their blog and it would certainly be good to receive a few decorated envelopes through the post instead of the usual boring window ones containing bills!!
Background - paper from Tim Holtz Vintage Shabby range
Over Stamping - various suitable stamps from Chocolate Baroque and one unidentified (triangular)
Embossing Folder - Tim Holtz Alterations
Bird Postcard - Crafty Individuals stamp
Tickets - Creative Expressions stamps
