The glorious weather continues so I hope you are all having a good weekend. I've gone for pastel shades for this birthday card using a delicate frame which I find has to be removed from the die very carefully but I think it is worth the extra care needed. It was cut twice from two colours of card so that I could re-insert the centre after stamping the sentiment. Everything apart from the background was cut from oddments of card so this qualifies it for the Pixies Snippets challenge 130.
Dies - Deco Label from Stampin' Up embossed with Swiss Dots folder
Spellbinders Die D-Lite Framed Floral
Joy butterfly die
Border - Tonic border punch
Sentiment - from Stampin' Up Wetlands set
very pretty card Val and love the delicate colours you've chosed...like the dies are they your new ones?

Such a super card Val, I'm loving the work you're doing with the dies.

Beautiful card Val, love your combination of dies, so effective when two colours are set back together. Karen bought me a set of SeeDee stamps years ago and the happy birthday sentiment one is one I use all the time:) Too nice to craft during the day now!

Love these soft, delicate colors with the pretty design layout you chose. Inspired to cut the mat for the sentiment with the embossed dots. I am so loving that lacey border trim too. Congrats on being highlighted at the Snippets Playground as well. TFS & Hugs
