The challenge theme this week on CD Sunday is nursery rhymes and it is a good job there was so much inspiration from the design team or I wouldn't have known where to start. I searched out my Victorian Birthdays CD from Joanna Sheen and found this colourful image of 'three little kittens' - used backing papers from the CD and added a punched border, a few flowers and a greeting layered onto a variety of punched shapes.
What a lovely bright and cheerful card to greet me this morning! Thanks for joining us again this week at CD Sunday. x
ReplyDeleteI was about to say the same when Tess beat me to it. I entered your world of 'you might also like' and have been admiring many of your cards. You are very talented Val and your stamping is great. I have added your Blog to my Blog list so I can keep up with your creations.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining us at Cd Sunday and I am glad that our designs were inspirational.

Lovely card. Love the little kittens. Hugs x ChrisB
ReplyDeleteYou have matched your cardstock brilliantly - especially that punched border & the image reminds me of a little paper keepsake I had as a child - we called them "bookmarks" in Sweden. Your yellow flowers highlight the cat's dress beautifully.
