This is the theme for the Tanda Teaser this week. The image used for decoupage and the background paper are from The Cardmaker's Year CD by Joanna Sheen. I thought something bright and cheerful was called for especially given what a grey and wet day we had yesterday - thankfully the sun is shining today.
