For anyone who doesn't know, ZIA is Zentangle Inspired Art - Zentangle is a registered name reserved for the genuine article. My final tag for the alphatag swap just had to be this because I so enjoy drawing tangles and anyway I was at a loss to think of anything else for which I had something to use which came from Chocolate Baroque. If you are interested in the Art of Zentangle there are several books and also suitable pens available on their website. I simply stamped the words (Choco Baroque stamp) and then drew some tangles around them before sponging the edges of the tag and adding a ribbon.
Fabulous Zentangle tag Val....a great card to finish off your collection

A gorgeous final tag Val, I loved seeing what you've made during the year for this swap, and you haven't dissapointed with the last one.

Pretty pink tag Val, love the tangle under the ribbon it looks like a gorgeous floral bracelet:)

Oh I love this - doesn't that spotty ribbon look delightful in the way it picks up the berries on Verdigogh & the circles of Cadent. That Nzeppel border looks super across the top & I love how you've got movement from Jester upwards into Flux which is picked up by Verdigogh on the other side.

ReplyDeleteBrilliant final tag

That is lovely Val, an excellent tag to finish on. Your tangles fit beautifully around the stamp.
ReplyDeleteNow that is lovely Val. You are so clever being able to add details that simply aren't available in stamp form. Hugs, Jenny x
