Forever Friends

This was the challenge on the Tanda Teaser this week and I have used stamps from a new set of cupcake stamps which they have just issued. I ordered yesterday afternoon and they arrived in the post today - excellent service as usual.

The background is a faux silk technique found on Crafty Butterfly blog and the icing on the cake has been covered in Diamond glaze, a ribbon stamped with a message and a 'friends' die cut on a Nestabilities shape complete the card.

Dreams

This card was made to go into a Graphicus Guild album where members are challenged to use one stamp or a set of Elusive Images stamps to produce items showing their 'take' on the stamps. These were from the wild meadow set, words from the Birthday Words plate. The dragonfly is a small unmounted stamp which was amongst my collection of stamps. Background made by stippling various Adirondack dye inks onto glossy card.

Flower Birthday

Browsing round a craft shop recently I was tempted by some MME papers and a decoupage flower pad in Wild Asparagus design - I just added some ribbon and a greeting to complete this quick card.

Three, Two One

The Allsorts challenge number 12 is to follow a 'recipe' of three flowers, two papers and one ribbon. I have used three Prima flowers, two papers from the Bloom and Grow set by MME and a toning ribbon. Stamped image is from Stampin Up.

Swirls and Flowers

I received the new Artylicious Decadent Brocade CD this lunch time and just had to make a card. I seem to be in a pink phase today but better that than the grey day outside although it has just stopped raining - shh don't say it too loud!!

Boquet of Birthday Wishes

Well we are having a typical summers day here in Somerset - yes it has been raining all day and I'm due to go to a garden party this afternoon!! I thought the best thing I could do this morning was have a play with some gesso, Glimmer mists etc and have made this card with the results. Stamps are by Elusive Images and the flowers have been punched using an EK success punch and Xcut punches with a border made with Martha Stewart doily lace punch
