M is for Music

This is the second of my three alphatags for this month and after some thought I decided to go for music as the theme for the letter M.  Stamp used is from Chocolate Baroque and the instrument has been glazed with clear embossing and layered for some dimension. The background on the tag was done using distress inks and overstamped with music and a treble clef.  The words were printed on a Dymo label maker.

  1. What great tag Val - love the colourway. That CB stamp is so pretty.

  2. I love this tag and the stamp. I've just been searching the CB website today, so many gorgeous stamps, how do you choose which ones to buy?! :)

  3. Lively tag Val....great colours

  4. A lovely combination of images and perfect colours. Hugs, Buttons x

  5. Amazing background & I love how real that cello looks.
Got to fly - bookshop duty so have a good day.

  6. Ha! Ha! I wonder how many of us have used that set of stamps for our M tags this month ............. I have! They are lovely though and mine does look very different to your beautiful tag. Love the colour you have chosen to work with for the fab background, it's such a refreshing change. I'd love to treat myself to a Dymo label maker one day.
