A Workshop

Yesterday I attended a workshop on watercolour painting for greetings cards. The tutor handed out paper and then the dreaded 'D' word was mentioned! Well, I don't really do drawing so managed to produce wonky tugboats, wobbly beach huts and weird lighthouses (nautical theme going on here). However I did use one of my efforts to produce a card and after all it IS an original signed watercolour!!

I know, I know - I need more practice but it was fun and I do enjoy a challenge. I think maybe I should stick to stamped images because then at least an expert has done the original drawing.

  2. You loon! It's great, you should try doing some more un-nautical (is that a word?!) themes. Didn't realise it was going to have a background, I was imagining a little lighthouse on it's own! Looks very artistic you know.:) Luc
